Week Nine

Starting the week in Genesis with our focus on God as our Refuge. And in these Holy chapters we see God as Jacob's refuge. Jacob goes back to the land of Israel with fear that his brother Essau will retaliate. Before he reaches his brother's home, Jacob wrestles with God. He cries out asking for deliverance for his family, and God leads Jacob and Essau together. In a moment of reconcilation the brothers embrace and cry and make ammends. God has delivered on His promise
